We are a locally owned family restaurant located in the northwest quadrant of Calgary. I have spent many years developing my craft in the culinary field. After graduating from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Professional cooking in 1998 and spending some time in the culinary industry, I decided to pursue something of my own interests. My love for cooking drove me to create the popular Wonton Soup Kit and Handmade Dumplings that are seasonally sold at Millarville and Bearspaw farmer's market.
With much success and popular demand, I officially opened the Five Spice Kitchen restaurant in Montgomery located on Bowness Road. Five Spice Kitchen in Calgary is a counter-service Vietnamese restaurant located in the Bowness area, known for its selection of banh mi sandwiches, noodle soups, and homemade dumplings. We are well-regarded by the local community for our fresh ingredients and flavorful, authentic cuisine.
